The East Valley Thunder (EVT) Youth Basketball League is designed to promote a safe, recreational basketball recreational basketball program for the youth of Queen Creek, Gilbert, and its surrounding communities. EVT encourages good sportsmanship, developing strong playing skills, and promoting friendly relationships among the players, coaches, referees and parents.

(grades K - 12th)Multi-Sport Challenge Fundraiser
The Challenge works like this: First, the day of the event the kids will compete against one another (within their own age group) to see who can do the most at each challenge point (i.e., kick the most balls in the soccer net, shoot the most baskets, throw the most footballs through the net, and shoot the most pucks in the net). There will prizes that night to the top winners in each category.
Second, the kids obtain pledges from family and friends and will see who is able to raise the most money. Each child needs a minimum of $20 registration or pledges to participate.

The family Health & Wellness EXPO (EXPO) is a bi-annual community exposition showcasing products, services and treatments from healthcare and wellness industry providers including: hospitals, physicians & surgeons, pharmaceutical, diet, food, nutrition, fitness, finance & insurance, government and community resources. EXPO is held to provide area residents with information vital to achieving good health and quality of life. EXPO gives area hospitals, physicians, service providers and vendors a unique opportunity to educate the public, network with other business and organizations, promote good public health, showcase resources, develop valuable contacts and promote their products and services.
